Rebuilt.
5 Nm on the stem bolts, 32 psi in the tyres, brakes that actually stop.
Ridden.
Back on the road with someone new. Then we go and find the next one.
Five mates. One garage. A wall of Matthew's tools. We take bikes people gave up on, strip them to the frame and build them back properly. While the stand is free, we'll fix yours.

Every bike we sell has been stripped, rebuilt, safety checked and test ridden. We check the serial number isn't listed as stolen before we touch it.
The crew.
Five of us from the North Shore. Between us we've got the tools, the garage, a parent with a car and plenty of stubbornness.

Questionspeople ask.
Where are you?
A home garage on the North Shore, Auckland. We give you the address when you book, or we pick the bike up and bring it back for $10.
When are you open?
Weekends, plus some after-school slots. Message us and we'll confirm a time that works.
Who pays for parts?
You do, at what we pay for them. We send you the part and the price first and only order once you say yes.
Do you sell bikes?
Yes. Every bike on the stand is stripped, rebuilt, safety checked and test ridden before it's listed, and we check the serial number against stolen-bike registers.
Will you take my old bike?
Please. Broken, rusty, flat tyres, missing bits: we'll pick it up for free on the North Shore. Good parts keep other bikes on the road.
Do you work on e-bikes?
Brakes, gears, tyres and chains, yes. Motors and batteries, no. Tell us the model and we'll say upfront.
